We are one of the fastest-growing law firms in Montgomery County and we are seeking a full-time Reception / Front Desk Intake Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will handle incoming new leads (calls and emails) to the law firm to effectively follow-up, consult, and manage the sales process from start to finish.
You will also serve existing clients, helping to keep them up-to-speed on upcoming court dates and other important details about their case.
The ideal candidate will be someone who is outgoing, very comfortable on the phone, has good attention to detail, and enjoys interacting with clients and other contacts on a regular basis. He/She/They will be experienced working in law offices and a team-player.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Being the first contact that clients, prospective clients, and others come in contact with on the phone
- Help “sell” the law firm by taking information from leads, providing a "pre-consultation" review of the prospective clients case, and sending out agreements and payment requests
- Serve as gatekeeper for attorneys to help manage schedules and contacts
- When needed, contact existing clients to remind them of court dates and other important things relative to their case
- Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks as needed, including transcription, research, spreadsheet management, and email writing to ensure operational efficiency
- Serve as a “friendly face” and “friendly voice” of the firm
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous intake and/or receptionist experience in a law firm. In lieu of law firm experience, professional sales experience considered
- Possesses outstanding communication skills and sense of empathy
- CRM and case management software experience a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Courteous and professional demeanor and able to work as a team with attorneys and staff
- Previous legal experience preferred
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred
Job Type: Full-time, Salary based on experience
Benefits: Paid time off
Schedule: Typically, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm with additional time expected as needed based on client and office needs.
