JOB DESCRIPTION

ADMINISTRATION DELIZZA

• Responsible for:
• Customer Service for Delizza Account

Duties

• Process Delizza PO’s (Sales orders & Invoices)
• Work in various External Customer Web Portals for PO retrieval and invoicing
• Communications with Delizza External Warehouses
• Communications with Delizza Sales Team and Brokers
• Monitor Inventory levels in Delizza external warehouses
• Create hardcopy of customer PO’s for filing
• Maintain traceable filing for customers and their PO’s
• Problem Solving when/if issues arise
• Answering Delizza Phone Line
• Greet Visitors to Poppies Battleboro Plant
• Other tasks as requested and defined by your manager

• Back Sr. Admin Delizza
• Competences/Authority
• Can invoice customers
• Can match PO discounts with agreed promo activity
• Can contact sales managers, brokers and warehouse CSA’s
• Accept orders and manage the order execution

Function qualification

• A High school education
• Knowledge of Microsoft software (Office),accounting software (preferably QuickBooks)
• Goal and task oriented
• Meticulous personality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $37,000.00 per year

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Required)
• Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Required)
• EDI: 1 year (Preferred)
