The Administrative Assistant is responsible for enabling the success of 7-Eleven stores, franchises, and operational employees by assisting remote offices and 7-Eleven stores with general administrative tasks. These tasks include: assisting stores with general requests, routing

customer inquiries/complaints, disseminating information to offices and 7-Eleven stores, and updating distribution lists.

Responsibilities:
Sort and redistribute mail

Update distribution lists

Communicate information to Market Offices, 7-Eleven stores, and other departments

Data entry. Schedule and coordinate meetings, as necessary

Assist remote offices and 7-Eleven store inquiries

Assist with 7-Eleven store changeovers

Route public inquiries/complaints

Assist with on-board of new hires

Schedule grand openings and store audits

Qualifications:
Education: High School/GED

Experience: 1+ year

Strong typing skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to interpret information fast and correctly

Light Travel Required
