ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
I. JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for facilitating communications within an office and fielding interactions with the public. Their duties include answering and redirecting phone calls, scheduling meetings, and providing personalized support for other employees in their office. In addition, they make sure project managers and sales representatives are following up with clientele in a timely and efficient manner.
II. RESPONSIBILITIES
v Answer phone calls
v Input in Excel, Pipedrive and Rooflink
v Put in new lead information
v Update current customer information
v Make sure calls are directed to the proper channel and followed up on
v Going thought pipelines to make sure leads and customers have been taken care of
v Making sure project managers and sales representatives are being held accountable for lead/customer correspondences
v Input material receipts and labor costs into job summary
v Providing support for other employees as needed
III. REQUIREMENTS
v Technological Proficiency
v Excellent written and verbal skills
v Ability to multi-task
v Capability to keep digital records
v Attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $500.00 - $700.00 per week
