ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, great communication and organizational skills, and will be responsible for many different tasks related to supporting the executive team.
They will field correspondence and maintain calendars and scheduling. Additionally, this individual will organize events, reports and documents to ensure ease of access.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and organize email communication
- Maintain calendars and scheduling
- Establish communications between vendors, customers and executives
- Organize documents and reports
- Some Project Management
QUALIFICATIONS
- First and Foremost, a great attitude
- Experience in an administrative or support position
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work well with others in high intensity, fast-paced environment
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
