Full Time energetic, technology savvy administrative assistant needed for
multi-physician eye clinic in south Snohomish County area. Established
group clinic with competitive salary and benefits. Job is a team
environment where tasks are shared. Experience in medical reception and electronic medical records required.
Tasks include:
1. Appointment scheduling.
2. Operational functions: cash drawer management (reconciling, balancing, deposits).
3. Obtaining referrals and electronically recording referrals.
4. Answering telephones, social media & internet requests, taking messages and routing requests
5. Collecting fees due at check-in
6. Electronic chart organizing and management
7. Triage of telephone calls for medical eye problems
8. Refilling medication prescriptions by Electronic Medical Record
9. Patient insurance benefits verification – online and by phone
Salary range $20 to $26 per hour and depends upon skills, experience and training.
