Position Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience


Position Summary:

  • Provide administrative support for management team and specific departmental functions.
  • Main contact for all conference logistics for the company (registrations, hotels, meeting spaces, sleeping arrangements, etc.).
  • provide legal document support.
  • credit card recons and other low to mid-level administrative tasks throughout the company.
  • Manage correspondence and assist with document preparation for the management team
  • File and make scans/copies of such things as logbooks, notebooks, etc.
  • Arrange certain outsourced activities and coordinate follow-up communications
  • Assist with internal requests and coordination with support groups
  • Order and stock various supplies
  • Maintain accurate and effective task list and can report on progress as needed
  • Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned
