J Wales Home Solutions is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. This person will thrive in a collaborative team environment demonstrating strong analytical, oral/written communication, problem-solving, research, and time management skills. This is a full-time position that has the potential for growth within the company.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Providing real-time scheduling support by following up with sales contracts and work orders
- Work closely with Sales Managers and Operations Staff.
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
- Performing Welcome Calls to all new customers and follow up calls with existing customers.
- Serve as staff support for J Wales Home Solutions.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets.
Requirements:
- Reliability, and excellent communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of programs such as Microsoft and Google Suites, typing, phone etiquette.
- Ability to work in a small team environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
