Title: On-Site Coordinator
Reports to: Vincent Severen, General Manager – LB 001
Job Summary
The On-Site Coordinator (OSC) is responsible for assisting the General Manager (GM) and, at times, the Operations Manager (OM) with all on-site location needs. The OSC should possess exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills as they’ll be interfacing with Partake customers, staff, current tenants, prospective tenants, and renters.
Summary of essential job functions
The OSC will assist the GM with various duties including, but not limited to,
- Assisting the GM in all facility matters where help is requested,
- Acting as an additional point of contact for associates, tenants, and renters,
- Assisting with touring and discussing rentable unit options with prospective tenants and renters,
- Posting open associate positions and setting up interviews,
- Communicating with existing and prospective vendors,
- Assist with vendor deliveries,
- Helping to keep the management team and facility organized and running smoothly,
- Communicating with the Partake corporate team members,
- Being available to answer questions when the GM is unavailable,
- Have a working knowledge of the Square POS system and troubleshoot issues if and when they arise,
- Ensure the guest experience always meets brand standards,
- Provide the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction,
- Keep project management tasks up-to-date within Monday.com,
- Assist with promotional and marketing strategies, when requested,
- Have a high proficiency in Microsoft Office products,
- Be skilled in a multitude of administrative duties,
- Have a working knowledge of the latest administrative technologies with the ability to share and train on them with confidence,
- Promote and practice safe work habits, identifying and assisting in resolving potential safety hazards,
- Assist with accident documentation when the need arises,
- Serve as a role model for outstanding hospitality and positive staff and guest relationships,
- Assist the GM and OM in ensuring associates have received the proper training to perform their roles efficiently,
- Be proactive in solving customer problems and satisfying customers in various situations when approached,
- Understand and adhere to Partake’s policies and procedures defined in the SOP Manual.
- Execute other duties and assist different departments/positions as needed, assigned, and directed.
- Engage in and take notes during onsite meetings when your presence is requested,.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products as well as Google Suite and Slack.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $54,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
