Job description

Administrative Assistant needed to join top notch department at well-known Manhattan organization. Potential for temporary -to-direct hire. Hours are Monday through Friday from 9am until 5pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments
  • Assist with Event Planning
  • Answer telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Create marketing and social media material
  • Arrange travel and itineraries
  • Perform general office support

Qualifications:

  • Awesome PC skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask and ok with taking direction and constructive criticism
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
