**This job is to assist managing our corporate office in Carrollton, TX. This is not a patient-facing position.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors may have.
  • Receive and direct all Amazon/Staple/Supply orders
  • Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
  • Stock kitchen supplies every morning: snacks, coffee supplies, plates, bowls, silverware, napkins, etc.
  • Stock restroom supplies (if needed) on a daily basis, every morning.
  • Receive deliveries, food orders and route to the correct recipient
  • Take inventory of office supplies and restock as needed
  • Take inventory of janitorial supplies and restock as needed
  • Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing & scanning.
  • Preparing meeting rooms.
  • Answer phones in a professional manner, and route calls as necessary.
  • Distribute paychecks to new hires

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in an office environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
  • Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Punctual with strong attendance history
