Job description
- Greet each visitor, potential patient and employee with a warm smile
- Offer assistants to all visitors
- Work closely with admissions department
- Answer multiple phone lines with a professional greeting
- Transfer all calls to the appropriate party
- Confidentiality a must
- Must be able to work weekends
