HX5 is currently seeking an Administrative Professional, at a Journeyman level to join our Advanced Programs team at Eglin AFB, Florida.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare Government documentation in accordance with Air Force directives and procedures
- Create, manage, and maintain databases, including tracking status of office tasks, training, distribution of office mail, and review correspondence and correct deficiencies
- Assist with meeting organization and preparation to include developing meeting agendas and presentations, scheduling and preparing the meeting venue, recording, and tracking action items and venue security duties
- Provide management and maintenance support for office official bulletins, displays and announcements
- Assist staff with monitoring commitments made at meetings
- Manage calendars and schedules
- Advise and assist with meeting times, locations, participants, and meeting materials
- Prepare and finalize a wide variety of correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Ensure that documents and other materials are prepared and distributed by the determined deadlines
- Arrange meeting facilities and rooms
- Schedule the set-up of VTCs and telecon networks, etc.
- Coordinate spaces for classified meetings
Education and Experience
- As a minimum, must have a completed Associates degree and five (5) years of professional experience
- Identify problems and recommend solutions with minimal supervision
- Proficient in office organization and management
Must be a US Citizen and successfully complete a U.S. government background investigation.
Must have an active Secret clearance prior to date of hire, interim clearance will not be accepted. Investigation date must be within the past (6) six years.
Relocation assistance may be available for qualified personnel.
