Walker Methodist Westwood Ridge in West St. Paul offers senior living with services to 127 customers and 37-bed transitional care and rehabilitation center, 24 memory care apartments and 10 care suites.

Walker Methodist Westwood Ridge is recruiting for an Admissions Manager to communicate with referral sources (social workers and hospital nursing staff) and internal customers in facilitating the pre-admission screening process and new TCU admissions. Screening for medical issues, financial payer sources and psycho-social needs.
Full-time, Monday through Friday
Minimum qualifications:

• Two years' experience in a long-term care, TCU or hospital setting
• Current experience with clinical assessments and payer sources
• Strong working knowledge of services for seniors across the continuum of care as well as understanding the spiritual, social, and emotional needs of residents and families and the community/campus resources available to meet those needs
• Intermediate skill level for Microsoft Office software and electronic health records
• Ability to organize work flow with timely and accurate follow-through
• Ability to lead the team in Walker Methodist's Customer Service Principles
