We are hiring for our after school program in High Bridge, NJ!

Site Directors -

The ideal candidate must have at least four years of experience working with children (preferably school age) OR a bachelors degree plus two years experience. Candidate MUST also have supervisory experience.

Job responsibilities include:

*Managing day to day operations of the program site

*Being able to successfully train and manage other adults

*Being reliable and available to work 2:30pm to 6:30pm (Monday - Friday)

*Being flexible and able to attend required monthly staff meetings and other meetings as necessary

*Great conversationalist and ability to develop positive relationships with parents and school personnel

*Experience with school age group; ability to nurture and yet have strong classroom management ability

*Develop and implement monthly club activity schedule to keep kids engaged

*Plan at least two annual family events for your program's parents

*Professional and courteous; ability to adapt to ever changing environments
