Reynolds Logistics is a subcontractor for a division of UPS called UPS Supply Chain Solutions. This division moves heavyweight airfreight within their domestic air freight network in the United States and to all points worldwide.

We support this division by providing operations support in cities within the United States. In Honolulu we will provide operations and customer service support within the existing UPS facility. The person that fills this job would report directly to the UPS facility. They would have a UPS email and everything that they do supports this UPS office. They are not a UPS employee though, they are a Reynolds Logistics employee

Our goal is to find someone with some experience with inside operations in shipping/receiving/logistics.

Our operations agent position in Honolulu is a position that does everything from working within the UPS dedicated software to track and trace shipments, to shipment data entry to running reports on a daily basis to interacting with drivers.

You will start your day jumping into the tracking and tracing of shipments from all over the world that have either originated or are destined to Hawaii.

You will be constantly updating UPS software with statuses of where shipments are located

You will interact with customers on the phone that may be scheduling pickups in Honolulu or the outer islands.

You will interact with US Customs to ensure any shipments arriving from other countries have gone through customs clearance.

You will also interact with vendors that are used to ensure all UPS shipments are delivered on time.

We will teach you everything you need to know about this position. This is a long term position and we are looking for someone who is serious about coming to work every day and becoming part of a great team.

This is a Monday through Friday job that begins at 8 am and ends at 5pm. Our goal is that in the future after training the start time would be changed to 7am and the end time at 4pm. Please ensure that you can work these hours and consistently show up to work with few to no absences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
