Currently, New York Branch Office has immediate openings for Cargo Reservation, Cargo Operation and Ramp Coordinator. Experience related to the position is preferred but entry-level is also welcomed. REQUIREMENTS

• Good communication/customer service/organization/time management skills
• Knowledge with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Weekend/holiday/night shifts required for cargo operation and ramp coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION

FULL-TIME PASSENGER SERIVE AGENT/RAMP COORDINATOR:

• Assist passengers with general customer service and provide required information
• Perform and coordinate functions related to passenger processing at counter, departure, and/or arrival
• Complete documentation required to clear aircraft upon arrival and/or departure
• Assist passengers in case of misconnections/cancellations/delays
• Meet embarking/disembarking passengers and offer help who need special assistance
• Comply with all security requirements
• Follow direction given by Company Management and Supervisors; assists in all areas as assigned
• Coordinate with airport authority for flight operational handling
• Coordinate with relevant departments within the Company and outside vendors to fulfill operational tasks
• Supervise service providers for efficient ramp operation handling in accordance to authorities and EVA’s standard procedures
• Prepare flight operation related documentation
• Make sure ramp area is clear for flight operation prior to flight arrival
• Coordinate with cargo operation team for flight safety and on-time performance
