Do you have experience in market research, survey, and/or analysis? Are you looking for a way to use your experience in an impactful role while continuing to learn? Do you have an interest in learning more about the U.S. healthcare market? Our Market Access/Enrollment team is hiring! As an Analyst, you will produce a portfolio of Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and Public Health Exchange medical/pharmacy lives and other data elements. You will develop skills and knowledge of the market industry, segmentation, and internally developed tools and methodologies. Also, work closely with Senior Analysts and Directors on company verification and validation, market segment information, and respondent relationships.
About You – education, experience, skills, and accomplishments
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in one of the following areas: market research, survey, or survey analysis
  • At least 2 years of Excel (advanced use including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)

  • Access and SQL knowledge
  • Background in the managed care industry
What will you be doing in this role?
  • Manage data collection and quality control of a portfolio of managed care organizations and or state agencies
  • Develop knowledge of the portfolio, including market-level enrollment, pharmacy information, and industry trends
  • Maintain relationships with external data sources like managed care organization respondents and or state contacts to obtain information and data
  • Assists in respondent or contact questions to obtain high-quality source data
  • Gather, analyze, and develop estimations on secondary data/ research using various sources such as state department websites, press releases, company websites, and other credible published sources
  • Conduct company quality checks in the verification and validation process
  • Follow a documented written process to produce consistent, high-quality data
  • Be comfortable with other peers questioning work completed (the validation process is quality control of peer work in obtaining the highest possible data elements)
  • Research client questions and provides analysis to Director, Sales, and Client Experience teams
  • Assist in any changes, updates, or follow-ups if necessary due to the client's input
  • Support Realtime lives project relating to medical, pharmacy, and formulary lives
  • Develop formulary level lives for Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and Public Health Exchange through calculations and mapping where appropriate
About the Team
The Market Access Data team researches and analyzes the health insurance market landscape in the United States. The team produces large data sets and online platforms for our clients to understand health insurance enrollment in the U.S. The team comprises approximately 15 Analysts, Senior Analysts, and Principal Analysts located in the U.S. and India.
Hours of Work
This full-time permanent position can work remotely anywhere in the U.S. or in the following Canadian provinces Ontario, Quebec, Alberta, and Newfoundland and Labrador
