Job description
Apartment Maintenance:
Where: 62 unit apartment complex in Wagoner
Duties:
Maintain upkeep of outside premises (Pick up trash off of property, Clean pet stations, Change trash bags out, etc)
Flip apartments (Take left belongings out and throw away, Clean, Paint, etc)
Ability to make small-scale apartment fixes (leaking toilets, sinks, change outlets and electrical light covers, change diverters, etc)
Change out filters for HVAC
Competing and closing out work orders
Requirements:
Basic Maintenance knowledge, common sense
Hard worker
Abilty to read and write
Prefer to have 2 years of maintenance experience
Must have basic tools: Screwdrivers, Wrenches, Drill: Things to assemble a doorknob, change a lock, etc
Pay: $14-16/hr BOE - Increase once hired on perm BOP
Schedule: 8a-5p ; M-F
Will be on-call every other week once hired perm
