Job description

This position is accountable for the day-to-day operations of more than one multi-family housing project and the achievement of basic property operational and supervisory goals. The Site Manager (SM) position is primarily responsible for managing the daily operation of the properties according to company operating and safety standards and ensuring that units are leased to qualified tenants in a timely manner. The Site Manager also ensures the completion of administrative tasks, tenant requests and the maintenance of regulatory compliance in the operation of the property. This position represents the property owners and Viridian Management to both the residents and the public.

The Site Manager will manage the operations of of several properties located in Newport, WA and Priest River, Spirit Lake, and Rathdrum, ID. The office for this position is located in Newport, WA.

Position Location: Newport, WA

Hours: 40 hrs/week

Compensation: $18-21/hr DOE, benefits to include health insurance, life insurance, FSA plan, paid holidays, paid time off (PTO), matching 401k, mileage allowance, 3BR onsite unit in Spirit Lake (utilities paid)

Desired Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or GED equivalent.

2. Valid driver’s license and insurance.

3. Legally qualified to work in the US.

4. Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Gmail

5. Proficient in use of the computer, fax, scanner, printer, smartphone and Samsung tablets.

6. Ability to type at 30-words per minute.

7. Ability to type in 10-key.
