TasksSummary of Major Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare orders for shipment.
- Enter in embroidery designs.
- Prepare apparel items for embroidery.
- Write up orders using computer-based program.
- Monitor and maintain physical inventory.
- Receive in and count new inventory.
- Additional duties as assigned by management.
- Pull and package orders for shipment.
- Enter in orders through the computer.
- Perform spot inventory inspections on a weekly basis.
- Enter in embroidery designs through the computer.
- Prepare apparel items for embroidery.
- Perform routine maintenance on embroidery machines.
- Receive in and inspect new inventory.
- Prepare inventory to be sent to third party for printing and design.
- Prepare and deliver Hoosier employee apparel orders to billing department.
- Perform end of year inventory physically count all apparel items in by hand.
- Additional duties as assigned by management.
Minimum qualifications and requirements:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Some computer knowledge; familiarity with Microsoft Windows especially Outlook and Excel.
- Prior embroidery experience.
- Deadline oriented.
- Proven ability to think independently and handle multiple projects through to completion.
- Demonstrated independent work initiative, sound judgment, diplomacy, analytical ability and professional demeanor.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift 35 lbs.
