JOB SUMMARY

The Application Support Specialist I will be responsible for all aspects of business and technical analysis related to application development activities within Conifer. They will work on smaller projects under the guidance of more experienced Application Support Specialists.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Include the following. Others may be assigned.

  • Work closely with both technical and non-technical staff to troubleshoot and assist with resolution of systems issues reported, perform root cause analysis, and create preventative processes.
  • Manage requests/incident tickets, phone calls, emails, etc.
  • Provision appropriate application security roles for end users.
  • Perform integrated testing of current and newly released Application functionality.
  • Responsible for Application accounts administration. Conduct quarterly audits on application accounts.

  • 0 to 3 years of business analyst experience.
  • Basic understanding of the application development life cycle
  • Ability to work effectively on small, well-defined tasks with regular supervision

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

Include minimum education, technical training, and/or experience preferred to perform the job.

  • 4 Year College Degree in Computer Science related discipline preferred.
  • Equivalent on the job experience will be considered in lieu of a 4 Year College Degree
