We are looking for an Appointment Setter to set up service appointments and return online requests for customers looking to repair their home's foundation.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outbound customer service phone support for client locations in multiple states
• Respond in real-time to new online service appointment requests by contacting the customer by phone, text, chat, or email
• Set appointments for customer's free foundation repair inspection with accuracy through I360
• Provide excellent customer service over the phone by answering customer questions
• Follow up with customers and field managers for updates

Requirements:

• 2 years of previous call center, dispatch, appointment setting, or general customer service experience is required in order to be successful in this role
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work independently
• Strong verbal communication, writing, and typing skills
• Ability to meet key performance indicator standards
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and have a favorable background
• Must be able to work an 8-hour schedule Monday through Friday and able to work some Saturdays from 8:00 am - 1:00 pm.
