Position Summary:
Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Area Marketing Manager – Dallas, TX will be a goal-oriented, metrics-driven champion who will help identify, develop, implement, and measure marketing efforts and campaigns that are meaningful, relevant, and compelling to the region’s varied audience segments and community members.
This role will be instrumental in developing and executing local strategies and tactical plans designed to attract, motivate, and gain new customers across our continually expanding geographic footprint. To be successful in this role, you will need to network with and foster strong relationships with local businesses and local media outlets/affiliates, help establish strategic partnerships to increase brand awareness, grow market penetration, and strengthen the company’s sales in the area. The Area Marketing Manager will work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to drive customer growth, improve conversion performance, and increase sales through innovative tactics, effective channel selection, and significant community engagement events and activities.
Essential Duties/Tasks/Responsibilities:

· Work with Corporate Marketing and cross-functional teams to establish growth strategies to support operational business and revenue goals
· Develop, manage, test, and optimize new region-specific customer acquisition campaigns to drive traffic to area locations
· Plan and host/attend events and activities throughout assigned market area
· Track and report on campaign and market performance metrics on a regular basis
· Work with outside agency partners to optimize campaigns across all channels
· Develop and execute test and targeting plans to optimize channel and campaign performance
· Access and analyze data to monitor revenue performance
· Prepare channel and campaign performance reports and share key findings that will drive results
· Set, evaluate and demonstrate success in completing KPI’s
· Monitor and manage marketing spend for assigned market area
Qualifications:
· Deep knowledge of the market is required
· Must currently live in the assigned market area
· Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, communications or related field is required or equivalent work experience
· Minimum 5 years of experience working in marketing
· Experience with community outreach and partner development
· Experience with marketing tools and software
· Knowledge of the principles and best practices of integrated marketing
· Understanding of digital advertising, social media channels and influencer marketing

Requires the ability to interact with others, interpret spoken messages and utilize reason to resolve complex problems. Requires keyboarding, hearing and talking, frequent standing and walking, and frequent bending at the waist, twisting of the upper body, kneeling, being mobile on uneven surfaces, squeezing and crouching. Requires frequent lifting and carrying of 1-10 pounds (occasional up to 25#).

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
