Job description
SUMMARY: Under the close direction of the Owner/President, the Title Agent will search and review the chain of title and related matters on less complex files affecting a particular parcel of real property in preparation of determining the condition of title for the purpose of issuing a title commitment, report or policy. When the Title Agent produces the title commitment, they will determine the condition of the title and set forth the requirements necessary to cure title defects and to clear title that will allow the subsequent issuance of an Owner's and/or Loan Policy of Title Insurance and any required endorsements to the subject land.
