ARTICULATED HAUL DRIVER JOB DUTIES:

• Drive large loaders, such as articulated haul trucks on salt flats.
• Conducts safety inspection at the beginning of the shift.
• On checklist record meter reading at beginning of a shift, mechanical condition, noting any physical or mechanical problems, date and time of operator use.
• Maintain paperwork on the amount of tonnage hauled each day.
• Notify Mobile maintenance of any physical or mechanical problems
• At the end of the shift, record the ending meter reading, sign the checklist, and turn it in to the shift supervisor.
• Visually look on all sides of the equipment to verify clearance from obstacles or other vehicles prior to moving any equipment.
• With the use of an Articulated Haul Truck, haul raw materials such as Sulfate of Potash and Salt to stockpiles for processing.
• Complete a daily load sheet by writing down how much each load was to deliver to the stockpiles and at what times. This load sheet will be turned in to the supervisor at the end of each shift.
• Individuals will be reassigned to a pond crew during harvest shutdowns. Assignments and accountability will be under the direction of the pond supervisor.
• Must be willing to perform other duties outside of driving such as; shoveling, checking grade, and occasionally running other equipment such as a Cat 980, Pan Scraper, Loader, Dozer, Blade, etc.

ARTICULATED HAUL DRIVER JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a high school diploma and previous experience or education demonstrating the ability to monitor equipment for proper operation and perform tasks related to maintaining product quality.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.
• STB (must be boots, not shoes)
• Hard Hat (not required while driving)
• High visibility vest
• ANSI Safety Glasses
• Must Speak and understand English
• No MVR or DL required.

ARTICULATED HAUL DRIVER OPERATOR WAGE:

• $23.00/hr | Paid Weekly

ARTICULATED HAUL DRIVER OPERATOR SHIFTS:

• Rotating 7am – 7pm schedule | Rotating Days and Graves every 4 weeks
