Se requiere que tenga destrezas en manejo de herramientas de construcción, entre ellas: cinta métrica, navaja, tijera, taladro, entre otros. Debe poder cargar cosas pesadas, subir y bajar escaleras, trabajar en un ambiente de almacén.
