Summary:

Trane Technologies, the global leader in innovative climate solutions for a sustainable world, is seeking Assemblers for our Vidalia, GA plant!

As an Assembly Operator, you will build our premium products according to our standards and processes, assuring that our customers receive the highest quality products in the industry. You’ll have a variety of responsibilities as you rotate to different workstations, or specialize in one area depending on your experience, staffing needs, training and skill level.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble products according to predetermined methods and production sequence standards
• Create a safe work environment by following safety rules and company policies
• Maintain regular attendance

Qualifications:

• Ability to work 2nd shift hours
• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to work in a high-volume assembly process while continually standing
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions (written and oral)
• Safety sensitive

Base Pay:

2nd Shift: $15.50-$15.75
