High Tech manufacturing company of surveillance cameras has an immediate opening for an experienced Mechanical Assembler to join their team.

Assemble or fabricate mechanical parts, pieces or products using a variety of tools and equipment according to required specifications in a specific area of a production line in a manufacturing organization.
Essential duties and responsibilities

• Read, interpret and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble equipment and products
• Perform any assembly-type functions, using hand or power tools
• Report any quality control issues to supervisor
• Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures

Qualification requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years mechanical and or electrical assembly experience may be required
• Basic reading skills. Must be able to follow directions
• Basic computer navigation and utilization skills
• Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
• Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem and properly document the problem
• High attention to detail and self-motivation skills

Hours are Mon-Fri, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm + overtime as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
