Position Summary:
Responsible for production/assembly of parts.
Pay rate $15.00 per hour
Shift hours:
1st 7am - 3:30pm
2nd 3pm - 11:30pm
3rd 11:00pm to 7:30am
Primary Responsibilities:
Promotes an atmosphere conscience of health, safety and environmental practices, in support of the Leonard HSE/EMS policies on a daily basis.
Performs daily job duties to the objectives outlined in the Quality Policy.
Understands and performs daily job duties in a manner which supports the Plant goals and Quality objectives.
Responsible for following CSA-Leonard Plant policies, procedures, and work instructions.
Produces the highest quality product for the end customer.
Assists in monitoring, communicating and improving O.E.E. on processes that are being run.
Verifies lot numbers, lot traceability sheet and assures that components correspond.
Responsible for filling out lot traceability sheets, in-process papers and the operator logbook.
Verifies bar code and visual aid.
Verifies quality parts are being produced by performing hourly visual aid checks (5 pcs. minimum).
Responsible for keeping work area clean; ensuring that dropped product is scrapped properly.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Work Environment/Work Conditions:
Production Floor environment.
Occasional exposure to fumes/dust.
