Position Summary:

Responsible for production/assembly of parts.

Pay rate $15.00 per hour

Shift hours:

1st 7am - 3:30pm

2nd 3pm - 11:30pm

3rd 11:00pm to 7:30am

Primary Responsibilities:

• Promotes an atmosphere conscience of health, safety and environmental practices, in support of the Leonard HSE/EMS policies on a daily basis.

• Performs daily job duties to the objectives outlined in the Quality Policy.

• Understands and performs daily job duties in a manner which supports the Plant goals and Quality objectives.

• Responsible for following CSA-Leonard Plant policies, procedures, and work instructions.

• Produces the highest quality product for the end customer.

• Assists in monitoring, communicating and improving O.E.E. on processes that are being run.

• Verifies lot numbers, lot traceability sheet and assures that components correspond.

• Responsible for filling out lot traceability sheets, in-process papers and the operator logbook.

• Verifies bar code and visual aid.

• Verifies quality parts are being produced by performing hourly visual aid checks (5 pcs. minimum).

• Responsible for keeping work area clean; ensuring that dropped product is scrapped properly.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Work Environment/Work Conditions:

• Production Floor environment.

• Occasional exposure to fumes/dust.
