ASSEMBLY WORKER - ALBEMARLE BOATWORKS
Location: Edenton NC
ASSEMBLY WORKER Description:
- Assembles fiberglass hulls, decks and small parts, purchased parts and pre-assembled components into a completed boat.
- Follow safe work practices and adhere to all safety rules and regulations. Use proper PPE.
DUTIES INCLUDE but others may be assigned by supervisor:
- Trimming parts, welding or screwing parts together, using a variety of tools, operating machines and maintaining the working area clean and organized.
Knowledge, skills, education and experience requirements:
Must be able to operate various stationary power and hand tools for cutting, sanding, grinding and shaping materials.
Carpentry experience, preferred
Must be able to communicate in the English Language
Must be able to read a tape measure to 1/16th inch increments
Ability to walk, stoop, bend, lift up to 50 lbs., climb, perform repetitive motions, see and distinguish colors, hear and ability to follow instructions.
