Apple Tree ECC, accredited Preschool and Learning Center is searching for an assistant director. The ideal candidate has experience in a leadership role within an early childhood education setting.

When you join our team as a school assistant director, you will:

• Be accountable for the operation of the school, ensuring that the school is operating in accordance with state licensing standards, accreditation standards, and company policies
• Be responsible for the financial success of the school, touring, enrolling, and retaining families
• Partner with parents and teachers, cultivating strong relationships to support a positive environment for the children in our care
• Interview, hire, train, and retain quality staff who have a passion for working with young children (infants-kindergarten)
• Identify staff members' opportunities for growth and provide appropriate training/coaching to enhance performance and foster a positive environment

Job Qualifications include:

• BS/BA degree in Education (Early Childhood, etc) or Business related field (Sales/Marketing) – with a strong desire to work in an education/customer service setting

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent computer knowledge including a working knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint); knowledge of CRM a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

• Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
