Eliot is one of Massachusetts largest non-profit organizations and is currently seeking a skilled Assistant Director of Contract Management to join our team! An ideal candidate would be someone who can demonstrate sound judgment and effective, solution focused, problem solving skills. Experience in tracking expenses and contracting required, preferably in the behavioral health field.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage grant contract funding process agency-wide for federal, state and localities.
  • Work with Director of Contracts and Contract Billing specialists to ensure a smooth contract billing process. Ensuring that all billing documentation and requirements are being met and followed.
  • Work with program management regarding grant funding opportunities and assist with set up and contracting.
  • Assist with the posting of all revenue during the month end close.
  • Work with Contract billing specialists to ensure AR aging is reviewed quarterly and outstanding items are followed up on.
  • Develop tracking systems to ensure all funds are being spent as outlined by the funder.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced work environment
  • Ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships with staff, co-workers and supervisor.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and cultural groups.
  • Strong excel skills
