Looking for part time Assistant/Laborer/Construction/Handyman with a good attitude for an ongoing position who will help with whatever is needed including landscaping, construction, errands, cleaning. You will be working both alone and with others at times.

Jobs will vary greatly including helping building a house, fixing up a few other houses, a lot of landscaping and yard maintenance, cleaning inside and out of several homes.

Need someone with an attention for detail, can work on their own, and is very hard working. Must have at least some construction experience. Must have reliable transportation, your own truck is a plus for moving materials around. Will have to drive to different locations.

Drug and background check required before work starts. No smoking on the job.

15+ hours per week, $15 per hour. We can work up a schedule that works for both of us, weekdays and or weekends. You will be a W2 employee with taxes taken from your check.

• Kingsport, TN 37663: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
