Assistant Manager – Sunrise Location

* Must Love Team Building: Assisting the General Manager with hiring, scheduling, facilitating training, evaluating performance
* Cost Controller: Setting pars for food, beverage, paper, and supplies. Oversees production, portion control, waste, and pilferage
* Focused on Customer Service: Ensuring customer satisfaction by emphasizing details in production, service, cleanliness, and atmosphere. Must be able to handle customer issues well in order to ensure repeat business
* Working Manager and Team Player who can jump in where needed
* Full Time positions are available. Pay reviews are conducted annually.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. College Degree preferable. Good verbal and written communication skills; is capable of communicating effectively with customers and co-workers; bi-lingual skills a plus.
Experience: Stable work history with 1 or more years management experience in high volume, casual dining or family-style restaurants. Must be a minimum of 18 years of age. Must have reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
