Assistant FOH Manager Requirements:

We are looking for a versatile and well-organized assistant FOH Manager to assist in overseeing Persimmons Restaurant at Timber Banks Clubhouse. As Assistant Manager, you will work closely with our Restaurant Manager with our day-to-day operations, . Your duties will include managing the floor for lunch / dinner, staffing, training the staff and holding the team to the proper steps of service .

To be successful Assistant Manager, you should possess extensive experience food and drink knowledge along with delivering cost-effective services. Top-notch managers build good relationships with customers and staff to continue to exceed their expectations.

FOH Manager Responsibilities:

• Determining customer requirements and proposing food and beverage offerings.
• Planning menus and overseeing venue, equipment, food, and service preparations.
• Hiring, training, and supervising staff, as well as scheduling employee shifts.
• Liaising with customers, sales staff, chefs, and specialized catering equipment providers.
• Overseeing seating arrangements, the serving of meals and beverages, and the clearing of tables.
• Monitoring the availability of stock and supplies and ordering replenishments.
• Tracking expenses and maintaining accurate records.
• Adhering to food and health industry regulations and standards.
• Researching catering trends and promoting competitive catering services.

FOH Manager Requirements:

• Accredited course in Hospitality Management, or similar.
• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality and Culinary Arts or Business Management would be advantageous.
• 3-5 years of experience in Management, or similar.
• Knowledge of POS systems, such as Aloha.
• Exceptional ability to deliver team building and relationships with staff.
• Experience in hiring, training, and overseeing catering staff.
• Ability to coordinate requirements with customers, chefs, and suppliers.
• The ability to apply industry knowledge to improve guest services.
• Advanced knowledge of best practices in management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Benefits:

• Benefits: Compensations and benefits are: Simply Blue Plus Silver 17, Eligibility to enroll after 3 months of employment.
• As an employee of Timber Banks Clubhouse, you will receive 1-week paid vacation per year, pro-rated for your first year if applicable. Vacation will be agreed on advance for such time or as mutually convenient between employer and the employee.
• After 1 year of employment, you are eligible for our Simple IRA. Timber Banks will match 3%.
• Timber Banks provides 5 sick days per year.
• Paid National Recognized Holiday’s (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day)
• Eligibility for PTO based on work performance determined by management.
