Assistant Sales Manager
Job description
The Camp Transformation Center is seeking a super star Assistant Sales Manager to join our team at our brand new club. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about health and fitness and has experience in sales and customer service.
As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in taking our club to the top of the franchise. You will work closely with the Senior General Manager to develop and execute sales strategies, drive revenue, and deliver exceptional customer service to all members and prospects.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and revenue through effective lead generation, follow-up, and closing techniques
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all members and prospects, providing guidance and support throughout their fitness journey
- Build and maintain relationships with members, prospects, and the community to drive referrals and retention
- Develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives to include lead generation, training methods and implementation of such
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with other departments, including operations and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Complete 60 outbound phone calls, schedule 6 daily appointments
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with some college coursework preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the fitness industry
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with members and staff
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
This position reports to the Senior General Manager and will work closely with the entire club team to ensure the success of the club. The successful candidate will be someone who is self-motivated, driven, and passionate about health and fitness.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
