Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a general dentist and potential partner to join our group. We are looking to grow our practices in Madill, Oklahoma with a full-time dentist. Currently, both practice locations are open only 3-4 days per week due to the current dentists splitting their time across another location. Due to patient demand, we are planning to hire another full-time dentist for the practice. You would be supported by a fully-trained staff and benefit from the stellar reputation of the previous dentists. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to have the autonomy of a private practice, but the operational and financial support that comes with being part of a group. The new dentist would be expected to:

• Lead all clinical efforts in the practice, with complete autonomy, and work with other partner dentists to determine the best path for patient care

• Manage and support day-to-day activities of the practice - with the support of our business team that handles personnel management, marketing, collections/billing, and a number of other functions

Requirements

• Completion of dental school and DDS or DMD designation

• Ability to perform (or willingness to learn) all aspects of comprehensive dentistry including crown & bridge, restorative, oral surgery, endo, and implants; experience with or interest in Invisalign is a plus

• Desire to live and work in Madill or nearby Ardmore area - including being actively involved in the community

Additionally, we have a centralized business team that handles many of the non-clinical services, including Human Resources, Operations, Billing, Training, Finance & Bookkeeping, Credentialing, Facilities Support, IT, and Marketing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
