AUDIT SENIOR
POSITION SUMMARY

Williams and Olds is a CPA firm located in Sacramento, California. We provide audit, review, compilation and tax services to a growing client base of closely held businesses, tax exempt organizations and high net worth individuals. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Perform and supervise audit, review and compilation engagements for our clients.
· Plan the audit approach, assess audit risks, design and develop work papers and assist with the preparation of financial statements.
· Analyze financial statements, evaluate internal controls, determine the nature, timing and extent of audit procedures.
· Provide on-the-job training to audit staff members and communicate effectively with clients.
· Research various audit and accounting issues.
· Develop and maintain a professional relationship with management and staff at all levels and in all service lines.
· Determine and manage priorities for multiple engagements.
· Strong leadership skills coupled with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
· Strong computer software skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Ability to perform other job-related duties and work additional hours as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
· CPA certificate preferred.
· Two to five years of audit, financial reporting and compliance experience.
· Familiar with GAAP as needed to assist with Audit and Financial Statement engagements.
COMPENSATION
We offer a generous benefits package. Salary is based on experience.
