Title: Banner/Oracle ERPDBA

Location: Chicago, IL (Remote, need to be onsite if required)

1. Oracle DBA with strong Banner experience maintaining Oracle Database running on UNIX/LINUX (Sun Solaris, HP-UX, AIX, RedHat Linux) and Windows.

2. Run time experience on Banner ERP, applying Banner upgrades and Installing of WebLogic and Tomcat.

3. Strong knowledge in Banner modules student and self-service applications

4. Good experience in Banner modules like General, Student, Financial Aid, HR, Finance and Account Receivable.

5. Worked on Admin Common and Application Navigator.

6. Evaluate security alerts from internal/external sources and performing scans to determine Banner’s exposure to new threats.

7. Foundational knowledge in Banner8 and Banner9 along with ESM installation for Banner 9 and troubleshooting all the banner related issues.

8. Installation of INB and SSB.

9. Extensive knowledge on database administration for Oracle 8i, 9i, 10g and 11g, with experience in very large-scale database environment and mission critical large OLTP and OLAP systems.

10. Involved with installation and maintenance of ORACLE 10g RAC/oracle 11gRAC and standby database for High Availability and Disaster Recovery purpose.

11. Experience in managing Oracle databases running on MS-Windows, NT Server, UNIX/Linux, Sun Solaris, HP-UX & AIX and RHEL.

12. Hands on experience in Oracle 10g/11g RAC implementation & administration (Oracle Cluster ware setup and configuration, RAC installation using ASM, Grid Installation).

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $64,221.22 - $131,592.68 per year
