Job description
This is a real coffee shop (not Charbucks). We roast coffees here! Our baristas are expected to know how to make coffee, espresso, and all varieties of real milk based drinks (very little on job training). Our Italian made Royal Synchro 2 Group Espresso machine is a work horse. At times you may just work the register (Loyverse POS) while working with another barista. Most times you will be alone. If you are ServSafe Manager Certified, you will be worth more. If not, and interested, we will pay for your course and testing. We also want to re-open the Library annex where just brewed coffee and pastries will be served. PLEASE do not apply unless you live within 20 minutes.
