Prairie Fire is currently hiring bartenders.

At Prairie Fire, we offer simple yet thoughtful food that is meaningful to our region, sourcing great local New England ingredients. A large wood-burning oven provides the foundation for our menu, with our food focusing on wood oven sourdough pizza, charred vegetables, whole roasted meats & fish, and handmade pastas. We have recently reopened after completing a renovation of our dining room. With a reinvigorated purpose, we look forward to welcoming back the Coolidge Corner & Brookline community through our doors.

To join our team you should have a determined spirit, be a good communicator, and have the willingness to work hard every day for yourself and your teammates. We expect you to be positive, to have fun, and to always return for your next shift dedicated to improving upon your work the day before. Experience is preferred but not required.

The restaurant is accessible by the T located on the “C-Line” branch of the Green Line.
