Hunter Behavior Services is hiring a Behavior Technician (or qualified candidate) in Fort Collins! We provide in-home behavior therapy to children and adults with developmental disabilities. If you want to help people for a living, and really make a difference, this is the place to do it.

Job Description:

As a Behavior Technician, you will meet clients in their home or community, teach them adaptive life skills, and collect data on their progress. Each client has unique goals and challenges, so you may go from teaching a 5 year-old to repeat speech sounds, to helping a 45 year-old ride the bus. Your activities will be directed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, who will design interventions and make therapeutic decisions. You will be expected to follow treatment plans precisely and consistently. Most of our clients are children on the autism spectrum, but we see people of all ages with a wide variety of challenges.

We are looking for applicants who are reliable, punctual, good at taking directions, personable with clients, and maintain a high professional and ethical standard for themselves.

Increased compensation and bonuses are available based on employee performance, cost of living adjustments, inflation, and so on.

Schedule:

• Monday to Saturday shifts available
• Saturday availability preferred, but not required
• Four day work weeks when available

Requirements:

• 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree
• Must pass criminal background check
• Valid Driver's License
• Must provide own transportation

Compensation:

• $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
• 120 hours Paid Time Off per year (after 30 days employment)
• Free supervision towards your RBT, BCBA, or BCABA certification
• 401(k)
• Health Insurance (after 90 days employment)
