Latitude Therapy is an ABA therapy company providing in-home and in-clinic services, that is dedicated to providing high quality ABA therapy while increasing access to care using innovative programs and technology. Part time and full time opportunities available NOW! 40-hour RBT training course is fully paid as training time in addition to internal company training and ongoing education! Weekends and evenings preferred.
Latitude Therapy is looking for an experienced direct staff member to join our growing team as ABA therapist/ behavior technician. We are a dynamic company in the field of ABA therapy looking to build our team. The position provides potential opportunities for career growth and professional mobility in your role as a behavior technician. You will be under the supervision of supportive and highly experienced clinicians affording you the ability to continue your education in the field of behavior analysis. Many of our technicians have been promoted within the company as their skills have grown.
Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior and treatment plans under the direction of the senior clinicians
- Communicate with all senior staff on a regular basis
- Demonstrate the ability to problem solve in the moment while maintaining professional boundaries
- Collect data and report data to the clinician
- Collaborate with the clinician on possible modifications to the behavior plans

Work Experience/Education
- RBT certification preferred (We cover all the costs: 40 hours of coursework, competency exam, plus the cost of the RBT exam registration)
- In progress towards master’s or BCBA preferred, but not required
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the delivery of ABA services preferred but not required
- Bilingual a plus
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation/carry car insurance
Job Type: Part-Time
Salary: $17.00 + /hour
