Psychosocial Rehabilitation Specialist

Description: A member of a Psychosocial Rehabilitative program through the CCS program of Manitowoc County. The Psychosocial Rehabilitation Specialist is responsible for working one on one to provide life skills development (peer interaction, emotion regulation, daily living skills, etc.) to youth with mental health diagnoses. We use an out of the box, creative, non-clinical mindset to instill and develop personal, interpersonal, and technical skills for each child utilizing programming in gardening, healthy eating/cooking, music, exercise, carpentry, gaming, community outreach, and other art-based programs. The goal of the community-based approach is to promote better overall health and life satisfaction for the individual.

COVID-19 considerations:
We provide PPE for each of our providers and have reduced our scheduling so that 4 or less individuals are in the buildings at one time (or doing outside of the home care).

• Manitowoc, WI: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Driver's License (Required)
