Responsibilities:

  • Provide superior customer service
  • Input and document data with excellent attention to detail
  • Any other duties related to the position

Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in Spanish
  • Exceptional computer, verbal, and communication skills (both written & verbal)
  • Ability to complete duties independently and in a timely manner
  • Adequately perform a variety of clerical tasks as required per supervisor
  • Must be comfortable on the phone
