Segra is actively searching for a Billing Usage Manager to provide overall direction of the Billing Usage team to ensure the monitoring of all usage files that process through multiple billing platforms each billing cycle. This position has primary leadership responsibility for the design, development, implementation and execution of processes related to the analysis of all usage records. This position will require, collecting and analyzing raw data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and other helpful information. The reporting will be created to provide a guide for the business to develop and optimize strategies and processes, increase profits, efficiency, quality, or security, and reduce costs. This role may also involve implementing solutions imposed by regulatory, audit, or company compliance initiatives.

The ideal candidate would be an experienced Billing Manager to lead and guide a billing team; to ensure processes and procedures are developed and documented: project management. The candidate will work closely with several teams including; Product, IT, application vendors, and other support groups.

Other Qualifications:
Education: Four-year degree in business/information systems or another technical/analytical field or equivalent experience required

Experience: Minimum of seven years of experience in systems and business practices. Experience using Structured Query Language (SQL) is required. The ability to write and edit SQL including Oracle PL/SQL statements for querying usage data and inserting/updating mediation configuration. Telecommunications industry knowledge a plus

Key Competencies: Effective organizational skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to communicate with multiple leaders and levels of the business. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential. The ability to meet pressured deadlines and prioritize competing priorities. Ability to comprehend technical product structures in various formats. Ability to understand work with multiple billing platforms and understand system processes and query language is required.
