Bindery Machine Operator: Setup, maintain and operate bindery finishing equipment in a safe and efficient manner to meet high quality production standards.

2nd Shift 2pm - 10pm, Monday to Friday with the availability to work overtime.

Duties:

• Reviews job ticket and set up jobs according to specifications.
• Operates machine efficiently meeting quality and production schedules.
• Produces top quality results with strong attention to detail.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and make adjustments as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance duties on machines
• Maintain proper documentation on jobs.
• Keeps the work area and equipment safe, clean and organized.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Bindery and/or Machine operating experience, including setup and adjusting
• Experience with laminating, numbering, cutting, folding, gluing or other finishing equipment helpful
• Quality conscious and attention to detail
• Ability to read, understand and follow detailed job instructions
• Must be a team player
• Move/lift 10 lbs. frequently and push/pull up to 50 lbs. occasionally
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and twist throughout shift.
• Good with manual dexterity

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
