Greenleaf is hiring for a part-time (5-10hrs/wk) Bookkeeper who will be responsible for Accounts Payable and limited Accounts Receivable duties. This includes paid training prior to beginning the position.

Bookkeeper Job Description (includes but not limited to):

  • Generate 1099s
  • Enter payroll into Quickbooks on a biweekly basis
  • Assist with bill pay
  • Assist with annual audit
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of and experience with nonprofit accrual-based accounting
  • Demonstrate experience with and competency in Quickbooks online
  • Demonstrate an understanding of various non-profit funding streams including fee for service, in-kind donations, grant funding, corporate sponsorship, and individual donations

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
