Exterior Solutions Plus is a small business in Arvada, CO. We are customer-centric, fast-paced and our goal is to keep our promises to our customers and ensure good work environment for our employees.
Responsibilities:
- AP/AR/Collections through Quickbooks Online
- Integration with Buildertrend - We are currently implementing this software to work with Quickbooks. Any experience in this area is a huge bonus.
- Monthly reconciliation
- Work with our accountant and take on more accounting responsibilities
- Vendor / Subcontractor compliance tracking
- Payroll (through a service)
- Job costing and construction experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with accounting for out of state work projects is a plus.
- Spreadsheets and reporting
- Cash flows
We are growing, and in a software transition and need someone who can hit the ground running, and help bring order to a chaotic situation.
We can accommodate some working from home though work in the office will be standard.
Occasional dogs in the office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
